And she truly didn't. The fur coat she wore draped behind her was to cover that the dress couldn't be zipped over her butt implants and was basically just tied at the waist while being wide open below the tie: link

Danai Gurira.  According to the quote posted on TLo frm the designer, this one is apparently meant to be a reference to the fact that Gilded Age style references don't include people of color, so I'm assuming it's mean to evoke African dress.  Which it does fabulously.
