HAHAHAHAHAHA...Tories have lost a seat in London (Westminster) that they have held for all of eternity. And they lost two big typically conservative areas - Barnet and Wandsworth. These three losses for the Tories are a HUGE sign..and a normal MP would have resigned just over that. In all of the UK (so far, there is still counting to happen - yes, we use paper ballots), Tories have lost over 174 seats (going from 833 to 665) so far.
Breakdown - Tories lost 398, have won 1344, Labour have gained 264, have won 2980, Lib Dems have gained 189, have won 863, Green have gained 81, have won 156. BIG NEWS - In N. Ireland, Sinn Fein now have a majority. It's HUGE that a unionist party have taken out the far right party of DUP.
How on earth did the Tories gain 2 seats in Hartlepool?? Shows that racism really runs deep in some of those areas.
But otherwise YAY!!! The tories are a bunch of disgusting misogynistic racist people
Certain areas are doubling down on their right wingness...sound familiar? And others are realising that they want to be conservative but not Tory, because right now being Tory means being a disgusting misogynistic racist who are cool with the elderly and poor dying.

So what party are they voting then? What party took those former Tory seats in London?
The Sinn Fein thing is huge. I’ve dismissed the talk of reunification for a while now but this combined with the impacts of Brexit on the North and the Republic make it seem like - at the very least - the conversation is going to ramp up.
“With sorrow—for this Court, but more, for the many millions of American women who have today lost a fundamental constitutional protection—we dissent,”
What (if anything, as it seems like he’s Teflon) will be the impact on Boris?
Probably nothing because he and his party will ignore it all - and, unfortunately, the press have been going along with this by focusing on things going wrong with the opposition party (they didn't win the right area, trying to make the opposition leader look bad, etc). Basically, all political norms seem to be ignored right now (sound familiar?).
