We tore out the living room with the fireplace and shelves and expanded the kitchen into that space creating an eating area and a foyer. We're super happy with how it turned out

The only cosmetic thing that still needs to be done is adding the light rail trim under the upper cabinets. The cabinet company sent the wrong style so we're waiting on the replacement and that's why the under cabinet lighting is crazy bright and very visible. We still need to hang some art and I want to get a slim, tall shelf for the corner by the table where that little wooden table is, but other than that, we're pretty much done and loving it!

It looks so good! I loved the fireplace and built-ins, but the extra space in the kitchen is so much nicer. The colour and woodwork in the entry is gorgeous!
