For those interested to hear more about Noom I am typing up a quick update after 1 week of Noom. I am no longer thinking about food all the time. Even though I eat way less calories than I used to, I am not hungry except for right before a meal. My body has gotten used to the new program. I do have to pee a lot since they encourage you to drink a lot of water which works well if you can go to the bathroom whenever but if you have a job where that is hard be aware ;-) I eat a lot more consciously and don't have cravings anymore. I lost 6 pounds in the first week with minimal exercise (I realize that this is a lot and will not be the norm nor should it be). My goal is to exercise more in the next week because that is a lot healthier and more sustainable than just cutting calories.
