BQ: Although I'm mainly vegetarian, I'll make an exception for one person's BBQ chicken. It's amazing! Other than that I like a good tofu with BBQ sauce.
Fri - hike 9 mi. Sat - rest (did some yard work) Sun - walk 5 mi.
BQ: seitan if we are talking about "traditional" BBQ. If we are talking about grilling I have many favorites among which marinated veggies, tofu gyros, and haloumi.
Friday-60 min bike at the gym Saturday-4 miles easy...would have liked to do more but ran out of time Sunday-nothing formal but went to a golf tournament with my sister so lots of walking
I'm not wild about pork or BBQ sauce but I can be down with some brisket or pulled chicken with the right sauce.
