Idaho police officers on Saturday arrested 31 people who are believed to be affiliated with the White nationalist group called Patriot Front, after they were seen gathering near a Pride parade in the city of Coeur d'Alene, police said.
"It is clear to us based on the gear that the individuals had with them, the stuff they had in their possession, the U-Haul with them along with paperwork that was seized from them, that they came to riot downtown," Coeur d'Alene Police Chief Lee White said during a news conference.
A concerned citizen called in a tip, according to an article on The Hill.

A press conference attendee asked [County Sheriff Bob] Norris: “You talked about overcrowding jails last week — is there enough room for 31 people in your jail?”
“We’ll find the room for these 31,” Norris responded.
Idaho is terrifying. I understand these groups are everywhere, but ID has a long history of being a strong center for these terrorists. 😖
I’m convinced Idaho is to blame for the radicalization of a former friend and bridesmaid of mine. She grew up in Montana and was liberal when we became friends in Orlando (even served as the Democratic minority whip in a college group).
Then she moved to Idaho, met and fell in love with a Trump fanatic, and went totally off the rails. I haven’t spoken to her in years and unfriended her on FB, but it really shocked and saddened me to watch it all unfold.

I don’t think an entire state is to blame for your friend’s radicalization. I loved in Idaho for several years, and it was lovely. Yes, there are bad people there. There are bad people everywhere. It sounds like the person she fell in love with had more to do with it than where they lived.

They aren't locals, they came from other states to protest/riot.
Yeah, this group does flash mobs. but Idaho is still a hotbed of white supremacist and anti-gov groups. I assumed they picked Couer d’Alene specifically for that reason (Aryan Nation)?

I’m being a bit facetious. Obviously it’s not the state but the company she surrounds herself with in that state.
I made the mistake of reading the comments section of our local news coverage of this story. And unfortunately, most of them are not bot-like comments. It’s disgusting.
The comments section is where my hope for humanity goes to die. I don’t know why I ever do it. Nothing good ever comes from it.

Comments section is a maggoty place of rot. I hate them and wish that all news sites would do away with them. Plenty of other places for people to heave their filth.

The white nationalists are now doxxing the police who were part of the raid. I guess they only support the police when it's against people other than them.

Some of the folks that were arrested were from the East/Red side of WA. Not surprising considering the political leanings of that area of our state. I'm just glad they were stopped and nothing worse happened.
I knew about the ID Republicans (#notextremists) embracing them like brothers but this sounds terrifying: “We are going to take over this state,” Foxx declared. “We have a great large group of people, and that group is growing. A true, actual right-wing takeover is happening right now in the state of Idaho. And there’s nothing that these people can do about it. So if you’re a legislator here, either get in line, or get out of the way.”
I remember reading this last month, it was frightening. McGeachin did lose though.
That doesn’t mean everyone in ID is a white nationalist, but it clearly attracts that crowd which makes me feel terrible for the residents who aren’t white nationalists.

How much you want to bet these assclowns have Punisher stickers on their trucks?
