BQ: A really really good gravel ride with friends. Workout: I have a lactate threshold interval set on the bike that is so hard but feels amazing when you are done.
Fri - swam 120 laps Sat - did some walking around a park with friends, maybe 1.5 mi. A little tennis ball hitting with my family. Sun - swam 40 laps. Wasn’t much because we started pretty late into our slot and I worked on trying to get my older daughter to streamline more. BQ - I usually feel pretty good/accomplished after a classic five mile run. But I think my favorites may be the one off, random activities I can do because I’m in decent enough shape overall to handle it. Stand up paddle boarding, badminton, rock climbing, dancing, hot yoga class, rafting, horseback riding, charity spin class, etc.
Fri: 3 mile run + strength Sat: 20 mile outdoor bike Sun: 30 min Peloton cycle
BQ: I love a good strength based cardio workout that leaves me sweaty. Things like battle ropes, box jumps, etc. After that its hard to pick! I love cardio, too. So indoor cycle and running on a cool fall day.
