Has anyone had success with peel and stick vinyl flooring? We have a small indoor porch as our entryway and the indoor/outdoor rug needs to be replaced. I was looking at just using this stuff from Home Depot since it's inexpensive and seems relatively easy to do myself. The carpet is just laid on top of a wood floor, so it would be easy to rip it up and lay these down instead without a ton of prep work.

I did peel and stick tile in my basement laundry room. Actually I had our contractor do it when he was finishing so much other stuff down there. He did a HORRIBLE job. it was peel and stick and used some sort of glue that still 6 years later bubbles up from between the pieces. I don't have the energy to pull it all out and redo - but also cannot locate the same color any more....
sorry - ETA - I love it, love the look and the feel and was super easy when I put a few more down into the storage area.
Is your porch part of the house HVAC system? Or does it get hot on the porch? I used peel and stick tiles in an area that gets hot, even though it's enclosed. The sticky back gets really soft and the tiles slide around. They're also slick AF when they get wet which might not be ideal in an entryway. They were easy to install though!
winecat, That's really good to know! The porch isn't heated or cooled, so the temperature can vary wildly between summer and winter. I'm kind of tempted to try it anyway since it would be like $50 for the total cost. But maybe I should just get a new indoor/outdoor rug instead.
