My Aunt (who has since passed away) gave me a necklace for my college graduation. And after 19 years of wearing it almost daily I have managed to lose it. I have turned our house upside down and searched a few drains and have sadly given up. I can only find the same necklace on one website - cachetcollections.com I knew there were a few folks in the jewelry industry in here - Has anyone heard of/used this site? Are they legit?

I have not heard of that company but wanted to chime in. I was in the exact same situation, I even posted about it on ML. I am so sorry because I know how upset and stressed I was. After a year and a half of searching, I found it on ebay and finally bought it. I have not taken it to be appraised but I am confident that it is real. I would call my ring "designer fine jewelry." And even though mine is not something I wear daily (It's a big a$$ cocktail ring lol) I am SO glad I replaced it and I bet you will be too!! Good luck, I really hope it works out for you.
Is that the place that’s based in NY? I think they are primarily (only?) a jewelry overstock place. They buy up dead stock or going out of business deals and sell it for less. I think they’d be a good place to get an older piece of mass produced jewelry!

I would say this is a good sign (They have an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau, only a few reviews but they are all five-star, and it says they've been in business 16 years)? Normally when I go on BBB it's all bad reviews because people only feel motivated to review when they are mad:
