we gutted the kitchen and are just under half way through. I had electrical and drywall out and now realize that the light boxes for the pendant lights are not in the right spot totally my fault - the electrician talked me through it and I nodded along - but now that I see it they will be WAY too close together and not really centered on the island.. So I have to have him come back out and the drywall guy back out after that to patch the holes.... depending on schedules may add a week. so bummed and feel sick - but guess it's "minor" in the whole scheme of things and glad I realized now prior to final install....

definitelyO, that's a very normal thing and it doesn't take very long to fix. We had to move our light fixture in our already done kitchen and it took about a day to move the electricals and fix up the plaster, with a day to dry.

thanks! was an easy fix but added 4 days bummed I didn't catch it sooner. 1 day - electrician on another job 2 day - electrician moved the holes 3 day - drywall patch 4 day - drywall sand...
