Porch rocking chairs that AREN'T Polywood?

Have you looked at Costco? I think they have a rocker in store, it's def poly material but I think they were under $200 each.

Otherwise, maybe check fb marketplace for used? I also think places like Lowes have been clearancing out their summer furniture

I always start with Overstock for outdoor furniture.  Look up bistro sets.  They have quite a few rocker options.
These look decent.

These are a little more modern looking and wood not plastic.

There are lots of metal sets around the $150-200 mark for 2 chairs and a table.

I got this one last year in March. I love it. It has definitely faded from the sun (I have no shade in the mornings). I love that I can fold it up and store it in the garage in the winter. My ILs also have two of the same chair and love them too. It definitely looks more camp chair like though. Not sure if that's the look you want.
