I have fine straight hair and if I don't wash it at least every 48 hours it just looks greasy. I wash it every workout. Dry shampoo is ok for just strength training but I don't think is really worth the hype. I've tried just using conditioner and it just ends up super limp, and doesn't really make a different to me since I still have to put it up or blow dry it to be presentable!

According to JVN (my favorite hair person - I use all their products and I am in love), they say to blow dry, and brush or comb your hair because your hair likes it. Here's they are explaining it (around the 2:15 mark):
