Fri - nothing Sat - ran 3 mi with older kid Sun - ran 7 mi
Nothing specific on the horizon right now. I usually try for two half’s a year but I don’t know that a fall one will happen. I’m not feeling super motivated and I have so many things competing for my time.
Friday: off Saturday: 7 mile long run during soccer practice. I used a walk break at the beginning of every mile as motivation since it was warm and humid...I'm used to early morning runs 😉 Today: an hour recovery on the bike at the gym
BQ-training for a half marathon here in town in mid October. I'm no stranger to this race or HMs in general but haven't done one since 2018 so I'm working on getting my training act together 🤣
