I am really disappointed about this. He is obviously a shit human, but I also don't think he is wrong about the job related stuff. I was hoping his story would inspire some other places to change, but if they now can just point to him as a rapist and toxic person, that completely invalidates all the good stuff he was doing. I believe it IS possible to pay your employees a good wage AND not rape people, but I guess this particular case study doesn't show that.
Oh, damn. I follow him on Instagram and enjoy his content. I can't read this since it's behind a paywall.
It outlines predatory behavior (sending DMs) that have led to alleged physical and sexual assault. The article interviewed over 50 people with knowledge of various incidents. There is even a blogger who tracks his assaults.
And then using his social image to basically blow past the accusations.

Wow. Obviously I only know him from what he paints of himself on Instagram, but this was pretty shocking/appalling/damning. Thanks for sharing this.
There have been allegations about how awful he is for years, both relating to SA as well as lying about what he does for employees and not following through with some of the things he says heβs going to do. At one point there was something detailing how his $70k raise stuff was solely to make him famous and that he treated employees really poorly otherwise. I think his legal team must be busy because it always seemed like allegations got buried quickly.
