We flipped the siding and trim colors, and now I think we're going even lighter with both.
Thinking of white duck for siding, balanced beige for trim, and still looking at Turkish Coffee for shutters. The Turkish Coffee looks kind of strange in the online simulation with those colors, but when I tried a "weaker" brown sample on my house it didn't look right (Homestead Brown). There aren't a lot of choices for a very deep brown that isn't green-toned.
Do you think those work together okay? Any thoughts?
DH is VERY unsure about going this light. Is it a huge mistake, or will it look more fresh and modern and bright??
Okay, so I just played with some colors on the S-W visualizer. These are in a completely different direction, and I have no idea how to upload a photo, but I love Homburg Gray & Malabar with your roof, stone & door. I did the dark color as the base & tan as trim & beams. I’m still trying to find a shutter color I like. I’ve tried both Charcoal Blue & Greenblack & think the last one works better with your stone, as it looks to highlight the darkest stones I can see. ETA, whenever I tried the light & bright colors as the main body color it seemed to make your roof stand out too much & look a little drab (but that might just be my screen).
