Tipping exterior painters?

Do I tip for a big exterior paint job, and if so, how much?

We have 2 painters here. They have been here for over a week and they have been awesome. They have a crew lead who has just checked in with me a few times, and there is another manager guy above him.

Wondering whether I should tip my 2 on-site guys, and if I can do that without giving anything to the managers, who aren’t actually here.

How much?

I see everything online from nothing, to like 15% of the job (LOL no way)

I have never tipped painters. I have given them some drinks.

It's been weirdly stressful, but it's looking GOOD!!! We had a trim issue last week when the first paint they bought did NOT work, so I have to eat the cost of that, but we started the trim today with a new color and it's way better.

I love the siding color. It's SOOO much brighter looking. It's going to look great with some pumpkins and mums.
