Another Basement remodel

In addition to the bar area in our family room (see small remodel/flooring post) we also remodeled our very dated gross garden level basement. Our contractors were great, including giving advice on the layout and other changes on the fly. There were a lot of last minute selections on both projects we had to make, but part of that was us not being proactive in shopping. They finished in less than a month (no added plumbing, just some rework of electrical and minor plumbing).
