I absolutely love the book Conversational Capacity. It really helped give me practical tips for working through discourse and bringing out differing opinions.
My textbook for my MBA class this term is actually really great! It's called Developing Management Skills by Whetton and Cameron. It's definitely a textbook, not a quick read. But each chapter is pretty standalone and addresses one specific item, so you could jump around by topic if you wanted to.

The 5 dysfunctions of a team was a good easy read that covers some of those. It’s not lecturing or textbook like but more of a story with practical tips woven in.

This is a great book! I really enjoyed it and it's a fast read.
I read The Leadership Challenge as part of a graduate course last year and thought it was good. It had a lot of case examples and things tied in which made things feel more real.
