My DH was traveling and my DS was sick this weekend. So pretty light on workouts. I need to get in a few long runs this week.

F: 30 min Peloton
S: 2 mile walk and 30 min Peloton
S: 4 mile walk

I have a 10K coming up in a couple weeks and am hoping to squeeze in a few 8 mile runs before then.
