were you in WA at the time? i don't know the details, but if you're 16, and he's less than 5 years older than you, you're in the safe. if he's more than 5 years, then it becomes a problem, or if you're under 16. something like that.

Yeah, if you were 16 and it was consentual it was not illegal (regardless of his age), unless he was your teacher or foster parent or something like that.

If you are under 16 and the age difference is at least ___ (depending on your age), then it is criminal. The degree/seriousness depends on the victim's age and the difference in age.
