I loved this one. I thought it was super sweet, thought provoking, and such a different story.

I liked it, but didn't love it. It was cute, but some things seemed to work out too easily, or just seemed really unrealistic.

The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley

I was bored through most of it. I didn't really like the writing. It was annoyingly obvious when a part of the story was intentionally left out. Then I was completely underwhelmed at the "reveal". There was a random sex scene thrown in there that I didn't really understand the purpose of. I don't know. I just didn't like it 😆

September was good for reading! Oddly I only got through 4 books on vacation last week and I don’t feel like we did much.

The Lost Ticket by Freya Sampson (ok)

American Hand-woven Coverlets in the Newark Museum by Margaret E. White/Newark Museum Publication (interesting)

Book of Hand-woven Coverlets by Eliza Calvert Hall (interesting, written in the 1920s and had first hand interviews with women. She is also funny)

Nothing More to Tell by Karen M. McManus (pretty good)

How to Kill Your Best Friend by Lexie Elliott (ok)

Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin (didn’t enjoy as much as expected)

Run Towards the Danger: Confrontations with a Body of Memory by Sarah Polley (she has been through it)

Everything Is Ok by Debbie Tung (is it though?)

Dirt Creek by Hayley Scrivenor (good old fashioned mystery)

Paper Girls: Deluxe Edition Book Three by Brian K. Vaughan, Cliff Chiang, Matt Wilson, Jared K. Fletcher, and Dee Cunniffe (finally done! Show is much better)
