Friday: Off Saturday: 24 mile gravel ride with my club Sunday: 2 cyclocross races + 12,000+ steps
BQ: October can still be 90 degrees or 50. It's been mostly in the mid 70s the last week and looks to be that way next week. It's been a nice change from the last really few hot falls.
Still reading here for motivation, but no where near you all.
F: 30 min pooraton spin. S: 5 miles there and back for a volunteer shift. S: nothing
But, speaking of cool. I’m looking for recommendations on a jacket. It was cold Saturday, and I was wearing a fleece, that the wind went straight through. Not moving it was fine, but riding was cold. My leggings, when are a winter running leggings, fleece lined, were good. What can I wear on top that won’t be too bulky?
rubytue, I'd look for something that is windproof and light. Here are a few suggestions to get you started. I haven't used any of these but am in the market for the same thing myself. The good news is, you can use i for running, too.
Fri - ran 4 mi Sat - nothing Sun - ran 2 mi, hiked 1 mi
Leaves are starting to turn and temps are cooling. I’m heading northwest this week so should get a nice tour of the leaves; that’s something I’m definitely looking forward to about this trip.
