Fir: slow walk Sat: strength, 20 min spin, 2 mile walk Sun: nothing
I’ve been a bum since my marathon last week. And now my foot hurts (starting hurting either thurs or Fri). No idea what’s going on with it. SO GLAD this didn’t happen a week earlier!
Friday- 4 dog walks Saturday- started practicing pushups in preparation of a charity event I am doing! 3,000 pushups in November to raise $ for St.Jude! Sunday- 3 mile walk with a dog and some pushups

You ran a marathon! Being a bum is allowed. Sorry about your foot though.
