I am looking to see if anyone uses Quicken Home & Business?
Background:
Both of us work normal W2 jobs, have couple of multiple IRA/401K accounts. Husband has a machining business on the side, and we have three rental properties. Hubby's business is just him and there's no inventory/COGS. We just invoice for the work. Three Rental properties are self managed. Right now, I am doing everything for our "financials", both personal and business, in Excel. Which as you know is a manual process and it can take an entire day and it's not really working for me; it's too much work and I am stressing myself out.
I have done a quick search and think that maybe Quicken might work, but anyone have experience with it? or anything else?
I’ve been using Quicken Simplifi for personal budgeting and such and it works really well for me. I’d tried Mint and other things and not really clicked with them, but Simplifi is super customizable. Took me awhile to set it up but it’s really easy to use now.

Thank you! I think that I am going to move forward with purchasing it and working to get everyone moved over ASAP.
