Weekend Workouts - Oct. 30

What did everyone do this weekend?

BQ: Confess if you celebrate Halloween, what treats do you set aside, so you can have some?

Friday: off
Sat.: 2 hour easy road ride
Sunday: muddy, cold, and RAINING Cyclocross race. I got 2nd in one of my races!

BQ: I have set aside Milky Way, Reeces Cups, and I think a 3 Muskateers. I only give out good stuff!

Fri and sat: travel for work, so no work out
Sun: 4.25 mile run

BQ: no celebrating Halloween here. But I do buy a bag of candy every year. My faves are Kit Kats, Twix, and Reese’s. In fact I just told my H to buy a bag tomorrow because HE ATE ALL MY FAVES when I was out of town Friday and Saturday! Lol.

Fri: 3 mile run + strength
Sat: 17 mile outdoor bike
Sun: 30 minutes Peloton cycle

BQ: Reese's are my favorite, so we usually buy some mix that has them in it.

I ran the Marine Corps marathon on Sunday!

BQ: I’ve set aside some Reese’s and Twix. Also some Twizzlers for my son.
