Fri-off Saturday-5 mile run by myself then 2 miles of running and walking with my 9 year old. Which was lovely aside from the nasty boob chafing from my stupid bra. Sunday-60 min cardio at the gym
BQ-I'd like to get back in my pre-kid #2 routine of 2 half marathons a year. There's one in the spring that I really like, I just need to see if it conflicts a ton with kid #1's soccer. Otherwise I just want to get back and stay in a routine of running or working out 4ish times/week and eating better-I feel so much better when both of those things are happening.

BQ: I haven't been interested in any races for a while now. Its hard to commit to training due to the time it takes and my work and life schedule makes it hard to be consistent. This year I am doing the 15k minute goal on Peloton, and will probably make that my goal next year as well.

Fri: 3.25 mile run Sat: 35 min of treadmill walking Sun: nothing due to this dumb cold I picked up late last week
BQ: I am not really thinking about running in 2023 until at least the first of the year. I spent so much of the last few years training for something that I need a break. But I’m tentatively thinking of signing up for some local 10Ks.
breezy8407 How many miles (if you track miles) does 15K minutes equal?
Its not just bike miles, its all minutes on the platform, so my strength, running, yoga, etc. I will have to see how many indoor and outdoor biking miles I get this year though. That could be another goal for next year.
