Not intended to be exclusively a @ thread, but adults in my life all get food so they're easy. Kids are harder.
I want to get my sister's kids something that when you touch it you think OMG IT'S SO SOOOOOOOOOOOOFT. Like squishmallows, or those amazing fleecey blankets at costco. But wearable. They're ages 7-12. Anybody have any suggestions for me?
Could be real clothes - hoodies, pj's, or like...squirrel suits. But I need it to be super soft so online shopping is hard since I can't touch it and I don't know where to go in person for something like that.
Things I have figured out and may help others: I've decided that since I buy nearly all of my own clothes from ThredUp, there's no reason I can't also thrift my kids stuff for christmas. Like, it comes in a really nice box with tissue and everything, everything is in amazing condition, so it's not like the bags of handmedowns from my friend's kids. Shorti asked for a leather jacket and I got her two because I coudln't decide between bomber and moto style and they were each less than $20 so....no regrets. Sizzli likes "daddy shirts" (i.e. patterened button downs) so I got him a whole pile of them in his favorite colors from some really nice brands for what I'd pay for 2 new with highly reduced fast fashion guilt. Why did I not do this before?? Highly recommend if you have a very specific need - the search filters are amazing. If you used to love thrifting, but are addicted to amazon you should try ThredUp. (there are other similar sites, but I like their search functions the best)
Pretty sure my sister is getting fancy ass chocolate because we tend to get each other pampering gifts and....she needs it. - my two go-tos have been Tuescher and Zoe Not sure which way I'm going this year but I've gotten great feedback when gifting both.

For my parents, they're getting something from Disney World from the kid (dad is getting a visor, mom is getting a dress) and a gift basket of goodies from Trader Joe's from us (lots of spices, snacks, cookie butter, etc).
The kid is getting a bunch of competitive swim gear and some coding thing she wants.
Oh, you know what else I could use - sock recommendations. Do men in your life wear fun dress socks? Where do they come from?
My H wears fun dress socks, and most of them are the cheaper kind that come in 6 packs from Amazon. They last maybe a year or so (he’s hard on his socks). I also have been slowly adding nicer pairs from places like museum shops or theme park gift shops.

H always got socks from his parents growing up. So I've continued the tradition. We have a few local stores that sell fun, funny, and work inappropriate socks. One store doesn't have a website, but here is one that does...
I’m no help for others but I want a nice bathroom robe- any suggestions? I think maybe a waffle print or thick cotton. I don’t want massively furry/fuzzy/thick. I wear one after getting out of the shower while I do my hair/makeup and that’s about it. I’d like it to be knee-ish length, not floor length.
Budget- $100-ish. Or more but def less than $200. Recommendations?

Who are you stumped on? Any amazing gift finds?
My kids (5 & 12) love their Comfy blanket hoodies. It's really soft. In the colder months, the 12 yo is in it most of the time he's at home.

I was coming straight here to suggest the Comfy. I follow a TT couple and one of the wives wears her comfy like 24/7. It looks like a big blanket poncho. I got one for my daughter for Christmas this year because she is always cold. And they have some amazing looking socks so since that is the only part of my body that is regularly cold, i got some for me from Santa. =D

@@@@@@
Ideas for the 14 year old boy set. He isn’t into sports, has more hoodies then he needs, is good on video games. I just need a few stocking stuffer/gifts under $50 for him.
wawa, Barefoot Dreams anything will be a winner, if you happen to find something wearable. I love their CozyChic socks and DD (almost 11) always steals them so she's getting some in her stocking this year. Also, H wears Happy Socks and they last years. In fact, a pair just got a hole after easily 5-6 years of regular wear.
tealblue, check out Boll and Branch waffle weave robes. They're right around your budget and there is a 20% off code right now. People swear by their stuff but I'm too cheap.

Squishmallow makes slippers! Super soft, kinda silly looking and overall adorable. Walmart had them online for cheapest.

Does he like superheros? A Lego bust set would be good for that age.

I found 2 T-shirt’s on Etsy that I’m getting for my brother. We grew up watching year without a Santa Claus and I found some snow and heat miser shirts. I also went to 5 below and got a bunch of candy from all over the world to wrap up for him. His birthday is the day after Christmas so I try to spoil him.
My parents are absolutely impossible to buy for. I usually get my dad a shirt or two (he likes polos with pockets) and a trail mix, and my mom a sweater or two and something else. My dad mentioned when we saw him last that he had enough shirts, strongly hinting that he didn't want more this year. So I'm at a loss. My parents are retired, love to travel and take walks. My dad doesn't really have any other hobbies other than those two things and sitting on FB while watching the news. My mom cooks, crochets, sews and does other crafty things, so I might be able to come up with something for her, but not my dad. He doesn't golf, likes sports but isn't obsessed, never dresses up (so no ties), doesn't really drink, doesn't play video games, doesn't grill, and is very particular about a lot of things. I'm considering a Blink doorbell for them but my sister is iffy on them actually using it. I've gotten them packing cubes and a hanging toiletry bag in the past (related to the traveling). Budget is slightly flexible depending on if it's a joint gift but I'd say under $100 is preferred. Gift cards are the only idea they will give me. Anyone have any ideas?

My 11 YO asked for one of these so I got one for the 13YO as well.

New walking sneakers? Do they ever walk or hike trails while traveling? If so, maybe collapsible walking sticks? A good travel toiletries or Dopp kit? Some kind of Places to See travel guide? One of those maps where you track where you’ve been? Travel journal?

For your mom maybe an artsy subscription box?
These are good! I'm not sure if my dad would use walking sticks, my mom may though (she has some back and nerve issues, had hip surgery a little over a year ago). I did think about some sort of travel guide, and I like the idea of tracking where they've been. He's on track to visit all 50 states, hasn't gotten there yet, but now with them both retired, maybe they will! I'm not sure if my mom would want a subscription box but I was looking at crochet kits, so something along those lines might work!

Consumable but if they’ve traveled to a certain place & still talk about the food, maybe a joint gift of that food from goldbelly?

Ohh I've never heard of this, that's interesting! I know there are some places they've talked about, particularly from the east coast (dad is from NJ, mom's dad was from MD, we would visit yearly). I will keep this in mind!

I didn't realize this would be on theme! But I'm trying to buy some national park stickers as a gift and having a hard time figuring out who is actually a NPS-affiliated vendor. Anyone know?
Also anyone have recommendations for BT key finders? We do not have Apple products so airtags are out, and we hate Samsung after terrible customer service on our TV. I'm seeing good reviews for Tile; anyone use them?
