I have not participated on this board before but I do lurk from time to time!
My mom has decided she wants to take her family (6 adults, 5 kids) to Disneyland next year. She wants to do the full experience, so staying on site. Probably 3 park days, 4 nights total.
She’s paying but doesn’t want to do any of the planning, ha!
Prior to the Genie+ and Lightning Lane stuff I would have felt reasonable confident planning a trip for my family, but with a larger group and the new systems I don’t feel up to it.
Could a Disney agent do EVERYTHING for us, from booking the rooms to making park/ride reservations? Does it cost anything to use them?
And experience or insights would be much appreciated!
TAs are free. For Disneyland, they can book tickets and hotel and park reservations. They can't, however, do G+ or book rides with it. It's not all that difficult, however.

I'm an agent that plans Disney Destinations and if you find a TA that says they book Genie +, stay away. Also stay away from agents who charge you a service fee. Agents make their commission from Disney, not from their clients.
