after battling diets and binge eating disorder for the last 15 years and currently being the highest weight I've ever been, I'm having a VSG next Tuesday. Today I bought an Echelon bike.
I love my Echelon bike!! It’s very motivating, and there is a lot of good content on the app. The Facebook groups are mostly very positive, but there is a ton of diet culture and big time compulsive exercise content on there, so I have mostly stuck with a few friend connections I’ve made on there. (ETA: the content I’m talking about is posted by other riders, NOT by anyone with Echelon — all of their coaches are extremely body positive and their messages are extremely positive and inclusive)
