...before I go weigh in for my office weight-loss challenge. Isn't the idea of a biggest loser-ish competition to weigh in at the highest weight possible? No? Really? Are you sure? Because the higher I weigh in, the more % of weight I can lose.
I think I'll go have another cookie before I step on the scale ;D
Seriously though, I am the biggest I have ever been. I know full well that most people don't look at me and think I'm fat. I know full well that I'm within normal limits. But for me, and my body, this is uncomfortable. My work out schedule has been blow to hell and with the pace of life lately, I'm eating like crap. I wish I could blame it all on alcohol, but surprisingly I don't actually drink that much.
Please, don't respond to this if your response is going to be "You don't need to lose weight, you're fine." I've heard that my entire life. And if you read the paragraph above I acknowledge that I'm seen as 'skinny'. This has to with my fitting in my own body, not fitting some societal norm.
And this reminds me that I've had a blog post idea for the healthy living blog but I've been so crazy I haven't even been on there yet
Okay, so I just weighed in but apparently the contest doesn't start until next week. This week was just to see if those of us who lost 5% or more back in April, had kept the weight off. So, I went and got another cookie :-)

LOL! I realized this week that I weigh 0.2 lbs more with wet hair than dry hair, and was immediately bemoaning the fact that when I started my "recommitment" project (losing weight), my hair was dry for my first weigh-in. So, uh, I totally know what you're talking about.
GL with your goals, and get on that blogging, lady!
