How do these work? Normally I plan by myself but I'm thinking of using one due to timing and just being generally busy. Is it true you don't pay for their services? How do they make money?
My husband has to be in FL for work in February and we are thinking of extending our trip to go to DW 3/2 - 3/5.

Correct, you do not pay them. They earn commission from your package.
There are a couple agents on this board, I used TamiTaylor this year and highly recommend! If you belong to AAA they are also official Disney Travel Agents, occasionally they can get special rates (though I don't know that is true since the pandemic).

Yes thank you mrsslocombe. I have been a Disney TA (but I do trips to everywhere) for 6 years. My agency just received Diamond status with Disney. If you book through us it is 100% free to you. There are not hidden charges or anything like that. We get all the same deals and promos as if you dealt directly through Disney.
