Cozumel resorts?

If you've visited Cozumel, where did you stay?  Would you recommend it?  How was the beach? 

We're heading to Cozumel in March for a short, kid-free vacation.  Probably looking for an all-inclusive.  I already booked, but am overthinking this.  Hence the crowdsourcing. 

I'll also take any recommendations for must-do things.  Thanks!

I just had to check my email and it looks like I stayed at Cozumel Palace. We were there for a friend doing an Ironman so it was convenient for that. My mom was with me and I knew she’d prefer an all inclusive. I remember the food being decent and the room and service being nice.
