last night with this guy I've been seeing for several weeks now. We have lots of really big things in common, and we're insanely attracted to each other.
Anyway, our check at dinner last night was $29 and some change, and he left a $15 tip (though he tried to hide the check from me cause he never lets me pay). He also told the manager that visited our table how awesome our server was.
I liked him a lot already, but his kind of made me love him just a little.

As someone who spent years in the food service/hospitality industry this is also something that would definitely heighten my interest in someone. It is a big turn off for me when the guy is rude to the staff and is a poor tipper..

Definitely!!! Although I am a huge stickler for excellent customer service. It's something I pride myself on since I own my own company so I do get irritated with poor customer service, but I would never be an ass about it.

Yes! I work in the food service industry, and I am also a generous tipper. He took me to Starbucks later that night, and I tipped the baristas $5 since he paid for my drink. Good tippers seriously warm my heart.
