My Sister in Law is turning 40 and I am at a loss of what to give her. She has literally everything. One idea we (my other SIL and I) had was a monthly flower subscription, but am having a hard time finding one that doesn't have terrible reviews. Any other subscriptions people have received and like? No universal yums, I already gave that to her kids. One idea was fruit.
Does she like subscription boxes? For someone who ‘already has everything’ I don’t know that I’d go for the gift of ‘more.’ Subscription boxes are consumerism on crack
Some people like the excess of it all. But plenty of people don’t want more for the sake of more.
One gift is nice. It doesn't need to be four (or a dozen) gifts.
Is she a reader? I've been doing Book of the Month for a few years now and I love it! I find it reasonably priced, I usually like the book choices, and great customer service.

A massage subscription, maybe? Not sure how much you're looking to spend - I know Massage Envy has one, but it's a yearly subscription and I've read tough to get out of.
A couple of our local flower shops have a subscription option. My H got it for me one of the first years we were married. Every two weeks for 6 months, I got a new arrangement. They collected the vase from the previous delivery, which was great because it cut down on stuff. It’s probably the best gift I’ve ever received.
So, if you think she’d like flowers, look up a local flower shop & see if they’d be interested in putting together a package like that for you.

You're right, wasn't quite thinking of something like fabfitfun, but like the idea below of a CSA flower delivery.
Really, I'm just having a hard time! She isn't a big fan of gift certificates (just doesn't use them, not that she isn't grateful), and was hoping something would spark a good idea.
Which I will now look for a CSA or something like that. There is also an independent book store that does a subscription model, which is my other idea.

If you want to do "beauty", I get the Allure box and find it to be a excellent value and a good mix of products. It is a monthly sub. I also LOVE and will never cancel Margot Elena quarterly box but do not recommend if sensitive to smells.

If you want to do a monthly flower subscription, the best way to do that is to find a florist local to her who does it. I don't know where she lives, but if it's in the Twin Cities, I have a great recommendation
