I found this. I would think a lot of places will have a vegetarian option, or could make a substitution. There’s a placed called Sofia that has amazing Cacio e Pepe.

I'm heading there soon too and so far have reservations at Domenica and lunch at Mr. B's. I'm not a vegetarian but don't eat red meat or seafood and both menus seem to have at least one thing I will eat.

I know I say this every time a thread about NOLA food comes up, but it is seriously one of my favorite restaurants ever. The roasted cauliflower and whipped feta is reason alone to go back time after time! janegold, for sure get that!
