Does anyone use this? I’ve never heard of them, but as I’ve been researching and updating my skin care, they’re suddenly all over my Socials. I’m 47 and really self-conscious about my “11’s”, but Botox and/or Fillers are out of my price range right now. These look promising, if the hype is real.
I am impressed by their digital marketing push. I'd never heard of this product that allegedly has been around for over 100 years until last month and now it's everywhere. Frownies follow me! I can't escape them! I clicked on an ad once in early February and they are now stalking me forever.
While these might be great, I am having trouble imagining how sticking something over your face all night doesn't result in clogged pores and other skin issues.
I have a box if you want me to mail them to you. I didn’t use very many. Decided I would rather spend the money on Botox than go through the effort of another skincare thing. Lol
My aunt has used them for decades. Like I feel like she told me about them at least 15 years ago. FWIW, she's in her 70's and she doesn't really have 11's.
However, she also doesn't go in the sun. Like at all for most of my lifetime. So...could it be the Frownies making her skin look so good? Maybe, but it's probably that she's got like zero sun damage.

I used them and another brand. I like the other brand better because they’re see through not the bandaid like color of the frownies. Also the frownies have to be soaked off in the morning, never just pull it it could probably be damaging. The see through ones are just peel off. I do like them and feel they make a difference. I only use in the 11 area. They have them for forehead and smile lines etc. Not sure how those are over a larger area of skin.

I've been using them nightly for a few years at this point. I think they're great for the exact purpose that I need them for: I must be raising my eyebrows when I sleep, or sleeping in a position where my forehead is pushed up? because I get a horizontal line across my forehead overnight. It's red and angry looking in the morning and takes a while to go away. So, the Frownie applied to the center of my forehead keeps that line from forming overnight and hopefully not "setting" and thus preventing it from being visible all the time.

That was my expectation also, but somehow they don't affect my (oily, acne-prone) skin at all. I've been using them nightly for a few years.

They work for me, if I use them consistently. I have a tendency to rip them off in my sleep though. they usually end up on the floor or my nightstand. As long as I wear them at least a few hours I see results.

What is the clear brand that you use?
It’s from Amazon. BLUMBODY face and forehead wrinkle patches. I have the full face set I think it’s called. I had to look in my Amazon purchases because I got them in Nov. when I consistently used it I did notice a difference, not huge like Botox was but enough to not do Botox if that makes sense. The frownies had similar result but you had to be real careful getting it all wet and loosened before removing it and the clear ones are a breeze. Not even wet them, just peel it off in a second.
I've also been wondering about these! I scoured some reddit threads and ended up buying some 3M medical tape that people kept recommending. I just use it for 11s and it's been working. I'm not great at being consistent with things which is why I didn't want to spend the money on frownies. I also kept reading about them being super hard to take off in the morning.
