“A Texas man has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against three friends of his ex-wife for allegedly helping her obtain pills used to induce an abortion last year.
The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million from each of the three defendants and an injunction prohibiting them from "distributing abortion pills." The woman who obtained the abortion is not a defendant in the suit.
It's believed to be the first such case since the Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization decision last June overturned decades of abortion-rights precedent, allowing laws criminalizing abortion to take effect around the country.”
I am in such a rage over this evil shit, I can’t think. There have been many edits to this post.
I have so much rage just reading this and NOT clicking the article, which I honestly don't know if I will do.
Because I'm willing to be all the money in the world this guy has zero issues with guns and mass shootings and doesn't feel that any one should be held liable in those situations.
This is so infuriating and makes me want to break shit.

I'm guessing he's an abuser at least to some degree considering she said he'd get a pregnancy to convince her to let him stay. That thought wouldn't have been my first if I found I was pregnant after filing.
And yes I wouldn't not surprised if he was all in on mah guns mah choice. Murca
Awful. I feel like we've just been waiting for the first one of these lawsuits though. A reminder for those in states like this that your phone/social media apps are not safe for discussing or coordinating abortion care/management (as my defense attorney friend says, your phone is a cop). In slightly better news, some abortion funds here are opening back up to help fund people traveling out of state for care! (Most had stopped until a recent ruling that seems to make clear Texans can't be sued for helping someone seeking care out of state where it's still legal).
