“With the help of Google, the FBI arrested a man with a history of mental illness who threatened to kill Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, other Democrats, federal agents and LGBTQ individuals he referred to as "freaks" who "deserve to die," according to a new criminal case unsealed Friday in U.S. District Court.

The case involves a 30-year-old Sebawaing resident named Randall Robert Berka II, whose mother bought him three long guns and a pistol over the last year despite his history of mental illness. He was involuntarily committed for mental health treatment in 2012 and declared legally incapacitated by the state of Michigan, which prohibited him from owning a gun, according to the criminal complaint.“

The silver lining here is that authorities actually followed up on a man's threat to kill a woman. Most times police won't do anything unless an attempt is made. And then of course, it's "wHy DiDn'T YoU sAy ANyThIng?"
