Does anyone have any pieces from this collection? I tried to hire a contractor last summer, and we're on a waiting list to build built ins in our living room and some other things. I saw the cabinet and the cabinet with hutch online and it looks nice. Two cabinets and two cabinets with hutches will be a lot less than having custom pieces built. I want to use it for a tv stand and seasonal decor storage (in the cabinets), and books and decorations in the hutch. 

However, I do not live near an Ikea, so if it's garbage, I'll wait for the contractor (their estimate is late this year).

I do! I have the smaller closed cabinet. It’s nicer than other IKEA pieces that we have. It’s not solid wood, but it’s pretty substantial and DH was impressed while putting it together.

We have the dark blue-green color and my one criticism is that I store seasonal decor in it and have noticed it scratches fairly easily. But that’s me pushing a fake plant in a pot or some similar heavy item without being very careful. Ours sits in a corner and isn’t really used much, other than to look pretty, though, so I can’t really speak to long term wear. We’ve had ours for around 3 years.
