How do I tip? If it matters, my person owns her own salon suite inside of one of those salon malls.

My hair dresser owns her own salon as well and has her tip built into the cost of the haircut but I still usually tip her on top of that. I would only tip on the labor, not the product but I've never had a weave before so I have no idea how much of that money is for the installation.
