Just wanted to update now that it’s over and thank you for your help!

It was bananas busy, but we had a good time. In hindsight, we should’ve skipped Universal, but my son was happy to ride Bowser’s ride.

Rise of the Resistance was the coolest ride I’ve ever been on; it hits my theater and thrill ride heart.

I’m glad we did LL for the three things we did (Rise of the Resistance, Radiator Springs, and Runaway Railroad) as they all had 90+ wait times through most of the day.

I’d also recommend the Magic Band and do Bounty Hunting in Galaxy’s Edge. My son had just as much fun doing that as riding rides. DH and D also built a droid which was super cool.

Oga’s was fun, Blue Bayou was nothing to write home about, and the dessert VIP for World of Color was wonderful.

Also, I will NEVER go on Guardians again (I said the same thing when I rode Tower of Terror 20+ years ago). I about crapped my pants and cried. Lol

Not Jalapeno, but we brought A as a baby to Disneyland frequently. The baby exchange on rides is easy, and L was always happy to ride rides twice. He snoozed in his stroller or carrier. He loved all of the sights. Seriously so easy.

Did you all have Magicbands, or do you mean you recommend them for the kids? My girls got theirs for Easter, but I'm still holding out and planning to use my phone. Everything I've read says I don't even have to unlock it, so I really don't want to buy a Magicband, but the other thread made it sound like nobody uses a phone. Any chance you noticed?

Glad you had a good trip! We'll be at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios next week. So excited for Rise of the Resistance!

Just my son did, and he used his magic band to bounty hunt, but he also had to use my phone.

Yes! She had a ball! She's been oddly obsessed with Minnie Mouse, so when she actually met her, she was too cute! She rode a bunch of rides too that she loved.  We all had a great time. 

And the rider swap is such a good thing Disney put in place.

This is such great news! I posted something on one of the 8 billion planning fb groups and people posted horror stories. But joe’s used to going along with us as a group. I did buy a leash to hide in the bottom of the diaper bag though, just in case

I'm sending you the Tushbaby, so take that and a SSC/wrap to use in line, so he doesn't drive you crazy squirming everywhere!
