Really tough to decide. Right now, I just need some sunshine, relaxation, and fruity cocktails, so probably Maui or Kauai or possibly somewhere in French Polynesia.
DH and I have postponed a romantic weekend getaway to Venice a billion times this year. So, of course, now that's all I can think about.
I know there are other places in the world that would be just as awesome or more, especially if someone was offering me carte blanche, but hey, such is life.
So many options...I'd want to choose somewhere that would be unlikely or difficult for us to get to in "real life." I really want to go to Crete and Istanbul, but it's pretty likely that we'll get there.
So probably New Zealand. Or Vietnam, or North Korea.

I'd love to go to Disney World. Yes, there are plenty of places I'd rather visit but right now things at home are a little crazy and stressful it's more about the experience than the location for me...my girls and I could really use some fun time together to reconnect and enjoy ourselves.
I did a geeky thing the other day. I made a calendar all the way through 2015, printed on an 11x17 sheet of paper, and DH and I are starting to fill it in with our dream vacations, considering things like appropriate seasons and work + other constraints. Who knows how many of these trips we'll actually take, but it's really fun to plan and dream about them.

Count me as a geek also then. I have multiple spreadsheets on my computer with my travel bucket list, details about various places, average prices, best times to go, etc. The lists are constantly growing, lol.

Wow, so glad I'm not the only one! I could book the next 10 years worth of trips right now.

We don't have a spreadsheet or calendar, but DH and I have drawn up lists of places we want to see no matter what, places we want to see with DD for sure, places we want to travel if our vacation time falls during a specific season, and places we want to travel to after we're living in the U.S. again. We also have our own lists of vacations we'd want to take on our own (his are mostly hiking-related, mine are a mix of yoga-related and totally random).
