Air Baltic?

Has anyone flown Air Baltic and have any opinions to offer?  We're doing an Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania trip soon and trying to decide the best way to get between countries.  I had been planning on doing the bus (trains are not a good option in this part of the world apparently) but now wondering if flights might be better, but not if the airline is always late, etc.
