I have to bake 4-6 dozen of something for a bake sale. Can anyone point me in the direction of a recipe that is super easy and would give me those large quantities?
I've only ever baked from mixes or cookies. And the cookies I baked were difficult, so I prefer not to do that.
I feel like when I make this recipe I get more pieces than brownies, so that could work and then maybe 3 pans of the 9 by 11, might be enough? Or 4 pans...

I can get 16 out a pan when I need to. 4 pans would for sure be enough.
I would do a cookie bar of some sort. I put everything in the square snack bags that Walmart sells. (Most other places are rectangles and don’t work as well.)
Cooking with Karli is usually my go-to source. I don’t have a specific recommendation for bars, but 100% of the cookies I’ve made from her are great.
That many? Individually wrapped? Seriously I think I would buy something.
I think I will just throw them in snack size ziplocks if they fit. I have a bunch of ziplock bags that I am not using because they are too small to be useful for other things, but maybe they will fit in there?

This is an easy cookie recipe that is always a hit for me (if you like mint at least). It makes 2 dozen as long as you don't make them huge, so you could easily double or just make 2 or 3 batches (I don't know if my mixer could handle doubling it, it's a dry dough). I've always been able to find a bag of pre-chopped Andes mint chips in the baking aisle with the chocolate chips...I'm way to lazy to chop them myself.
Depending on the amounts, I am thinking mostly Rice Krispies, and then if they add an unreasonable amount, I am totally buying the thin cookies that have a ton in the bag and passing them off as homemade.
The recipe says 3 dozen, but they’d be small. You don’t need to make them huge because they’re really rich. 24 to a 9x13 pan is more like what I’d serve.
I love baking, but I HATE making Rice Krispie treats. Mine somehow never turn out like I want them to, and I hate the sticky mess! I know others love to make them, though.
If you end up doing brownies cut them with a plastic knife. Like a disposable one. That cuts brownies so nicely you’ll have nice edges. My nice knives or butter knives always shred the sides of brownies.

This is quite possibly one of the best life hacks I’ve ever read. I’m not sure if I first read it here or somewhere else, but I’ve been doing it for probably 10 years and it STILL amazes me every time. HOW?!?! (How does it work AND how am I still fascinated by this every time?)
I don’t see why not. Any recipes recommendations? How many would you put in a bag?
When we do cupcake day at school (it used to be a sale, but now every kid gets one on pizza day) 1 pretzel rod is equal to one cupcake or one brownie. They're so easy to do! We get PTA hours for baking and the pretzel rod slot gets taken immediately. I get the candy wafers from Michaels or Hobby Lobby and just melt them in a large glass measuring cup and dip them that way and top with some kind of seasonal sprinkle. Either place will sell the little bags for you to put them in.
We just had the bake sale today and I went with the chocolate covered pretzels. All went well although I did mess up the drop off time/ day but they allowed me to drop off later. We were originally doing the event in the fall and it was moved to spring.
I am an avid hobby baker and I love this recipe. It is always a crowd favorite, it’s fun with the sprinkles and it’s super easy to make. Bonus - the dough should be frozen so you can make it ahead and pop it in the freezer (and the frozen dough balls are delicious)

If we are just sharing recipes now, my friend made the Taylor Swift Chai Sugar cookies and they were excellent, and I don't even really like sugar cookies. Google for the recipe.
