I just posted this a minute ago in the Ga Grand Jury thread but time is short and I’ma worrier. Is there a way to stream it? None of the news channels are promoting it but I know GA televises at least sometimes.
ETA Actually I just found something that said this hearing is in federal court (to decide whether to take it; I was thinking it was in state court deciding if they should send it to the fed level); I thought it was a state judge hearing the argument so maybe it’s not televised after all.
Google seems to indicate that it is in Federal court with Judge Steve Jones who is an Obama appointee. Should be interesting to see what happens! I've put it here a few times but the Breakdown podcast put on by the Atlanta Journal Constitution is following all the court actions and gets into the nitty gritty if you want to follow all the action. I hope they'll put out a recap of the hearing tomorrow.
Former Trump chief of staff Meadows repeatedly insisted in his testimony in Atlanta there was a “federal nexus” to all of his actions mentioned in the Georgia indictment. He defended his participation in meetings and phone calls described by prosecutors as part of a plot to subvert the 2020 election results because he said there was a federal interest in “free and fair elections.”

i am dying over here not being able to watch it. I wonder how fast transcripts will be available. Prayers for those court reporters.
A federal judge denied a request Friday from former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to move the Georgia election-interference case against him from state to federal court, a shift he had sought on the grounds that he was a federal officer at the time of the actions that led to his indictment.
