I have always, always wanted someone to get me a surprise puppy. I think this may have its roots in when Jim Dear gets Darling a puppy in Lady in the Tramp.(Lady, of course!) I know a lot of people would hate it and my H will never do it but I would melt into a million melts forever and ever.
What's yours? Kissing in the rain? Alien invasion?
Ha! It's funny you mention Lady and the Tramp because my first thought when I saw the subject of this thread was "I want to see two dogs kissing over a strand of spaghetti".
I had thought the puppy thing but then we very suddenly got a third dog and it was a little disorienting!
I thought the whole restaurant is closed and you eat a fancy meal with a date thing looked fun and unexpectedly got to do that in Belgium. We had signed up for a cooking class and meal at a restaurant and thought it would be a group thing but it was just me and my husband. We had like 20 courses and our own waiter alone in this fancy restaurant.
So two down.
Currently I would like to be in a musical montage that takes me through cold weather into spring every year.

circa1978 … I got the surprise puppy as a bday present. We had just talked about getting another dog, nothing serious. Xh was late to my bday dinner bc inside a laundry basket wrapped in a towel was an 8wk old JRT pup.
He got me the puppy bc we had been ttc for nearly a year w no success. 2 months later I was pg 😳

Mine is to drive a convertible along PCH through Malibu (kinda like Grace Kelly & Cary Grant in To Catch a Thief minus Monaco’s hairpin turns) just completely lost in my thoughts, no one bothering me, and not another car for MILES …

The Julia Roberts shopping spree in Pretty Woman
It seems so strange that I also thought of Pretty Woman. A BIG velvet jewelry box, the clothes. LOL
I'd like to inherit a cool property in Europe from a previously unknown relative. Preferably along with money for the renovations they always seem to need.
I'd like to skip the recently divorced plus new love interest part though. Probably.
My first thought was that moment when she walks into her corner, completely (nicely lol) furnished office, sets her briefcase down, and sits behind the desk, turning in the chair to take in the view from the floor to ceiling windows.
Then I thought maybe I'd rather experience a moment where you finally escape your tormentor. Like she did in Enough (Jennifer Lopez?).
And then I thought if I'm really going to fantasize I want to be the person the aliens choose to make first contact with... or the quiet, unassuming woman working in her garden who suddenly discovers that the skills she's practiced for decades are now magical.
...I think I'm going to stick with that last one. I just want to be a calm, patient, POWEFUL witch.
ETA: I'd also really love to snap my fingers and have everything back in its place and clean.

Working Girl is one of my favorite movies and that scene is one of my favorites !
My husband and I dated for two years in college. We broke up after graduation because we were too serious for our age. What follows was a weird-ass three years of kind of together, mostly not, and lots of weirdness. I was mostly set with never getting back together.
He called me one day to say he had a new girlfriend. I was happy and wished him well.
Well, that feeling lasted an hour before I was “wtf am I doing?!” I called him and just professed that I loved him. He was kinda quiet and said “okay, I have to go.”
COOL COOL COOL
He called me the next day. “Yeah, I broke up with that girl.” We met up at a wedding the next day. We hadn’t seen each in person for months. We ran across the lobby to each other and that was that.

That’s a good one! I’d accept ghosts but would prefer it not to include a murder mystery of some sort.
I thought of another. I'd really love for my H to turn into Patrick Swayze and lead me in a dance routine and lift me over his head. In this scenario, I somehow also know how to dance.
I'd like to be lightly splashed by some unknown chemical, and develop super powers, specifically the ability to control the weather. I will start out using my power for good, like stopping droughts and wildfires, but will then start using my powers for power, monetary gain, and vengeance.
More realistically, I want someone to present me (in the morning) with an all expenses paid trip to somewhere, and tell me we are leaving tomorrow evening. I want to go on a fancy trip without being the person to plan, but still have a little bit of time to properly pack.
The part in Fantastic Beasts where Queenie makes dinner and all the food components make themselves and assemble in mid air and then land on the table. I want that so so so bad.
Or just like all the stuff they can do in HP. I would love to apparate, fly on brooms, clean things, fix things with a swish and a flick. *JK Rowling sucks

I did meet DH on a train that was a good meeting story.
I would love one of those thanksgiving or Christmas dinners where we all cook at the house, play a pick up football game or run a 5K, we spend all our time in the kitchen and we all get snowed in together with our kids and grandkids bustling out of the guest rooms
