Adopting fundagelical Dave Ramsey's book for the now required financial literacy requirement. There's a law suit against it for being biased (no debt ever, citing no points of view other than his own), a whole bunch of poor shaming, and of course biblical quotes. This is a guy who tells people to tithe before things like paying utility bills.
And, yeah, he also had a massive Xmas party in Dec 2020 in defiance of even that states lax COVID restrictions. Not that that's relevant to this, but I just have to remind whether I can.

I hate this dude. We actually took this course early in our marriage, and in the first lesson I think it is, he talks about how he got out of debt. BY FILING BANKRUPTCY. He even has the table where he signed the bankruptcy papers on his videos. Now he lectures others on how to get out of debt by actually paying the debt off and not incurring any debt. At all.
