Apparently she “did not recall” a lot of things that she should have been able to recall.

Two different trials. The file for mistrial is for the current ongoing trial in Georgia on state charges. The judge who wants to move the trial after the election is Aileen Cannon in Florida, for the federal trial regarding the top secret documents Trump took and didn't return when asked.

Actually the filing for a mistrial is for the civil trial in NY, since the Trump team specifically called out the judge and the law clerk who is working with the judge.

Also, that the female court clerk is acting as “co-judge” with a super duper unfair bias (as evidenced by a photo with Chuck Schumer- so she’s a “girlfriend” - Trump’s words, aka slut).

A the line from the AG’s response: OAG’s position is that – putting aside the total lack of merit to Defendants’ application for a mistrial – it is preferable to have the Court hear and decide the application on full briefing pursuant to the OSC in the interest of judicial economy.

Their point is: we do this now and they cannot appeal.
