What would your kids(s)' "Christmas crime" be?

We're doing a mini photo shoot on Saturday for our Christmas cards. The photographer has a mug shot set-up, and you add a crime to the board they hold. 

We're considering "Knocks all the ornaments off the tree" or "Getting too tall too fast" 

What would your kid(s)' crime be?

When we were 14 my twin sister found all her presents and knew what they were. My mom wrapped clues for her and those were her under the tree gifts. She never did that again.

One kid hates surprises and always sneaks, the other is the opposite.

One year my mom and her siblings went in the attic one year and saw all their presents, then took their new bikes out for a spin. That story has been re-told so many times throughout the years!

Christmas version: Kicked Santa in the shin

Drank all the milk, left Santa diet soda. Or - Drank all the milk, none left for Santa.

Knocked the tree over.

Beheaded all the toy soldiers.

Sneezed in the cookie dough.

(Some version of the first 3 have happened in my house.)
