Friday: Off Saturday: Cyclocross Races Sunday: Cyclocross Races & our series finale. I got 2nd overall points in Masters 40+ Women and Women Single Speed (racing with only one gear!). We received lovely custom medals at the awards presentation after the race. I also got 4 total podium spots this weekends including 2 wins!!
BQ: Because I know I will need to workout to stay sane. I plan to indulge a few times (I'm looking at you wine & dessert), and I prefer to keep a consistent workout schedule.
Friday: nothing Saturday: nothing Sunday: strength training Monday: very sore
BQ: It's really TBD if I'm going to stay motivated. :-) Actually, I've started a paper habit tracking log, and have put H&F stuff on there. So at a minimum, I'll have the guilt hovering over me.

BQ: I've been doing pretty much the same routine for years, so it doesn't change much with the exception of the actual holidays and maybe some time in the car traveling. Those days I just accept as rest days but otherwise I try to get in at least 30 minutes a day.
